
The Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) will give you the skills to work as an aged care worker in the expanding aged care industry. You will learn how to care for clients, create relationships, network with the community and practice professionalism. You will complete work placement and experience career satisfaction as you support elderly people to maintain independence and achieve their personal goals in a residential setting.

Globally, the demand for health care workers is predicated to grow to 80 million by 2030. The health care industry will struggle to keep up with this demand, which will make you a highly sought after graduate with strong career opportunities.

At the start of your course, you will receive your timetable. You will need to study all core units and a range of additional units.
Packaging Rules: This course requires a total of 13 units, made up of 7 core units and 6 elective units. All GroupA electives must be selected for award of the CHC33015 Certificate III inIndividual Support (Ageing), along with an additional 3 units from the electives listed, anyendorsed Training Package or accredited course – these units must be relevantto the work outcome.
